Henriette Hochstein-Frädrich is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and founder of the international B2B matchmaking platform pharmatching.com as well as initiatives promoting female empowerment. Since 2013, she has delivered inspiring talks worldwide that motivate people to rethink and take action. She has published several books, collaborated as a ghostwriter with renowned coaches, and served as a columnist for Courage magazine. After earning a German-French media studies degree, including a year at ESAV film school in Toulouse, she worked as a TV editor for channels such as RTL and ProSieben before starting her own business. Michael Jerne holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University Graz and brings over 30 years of semiconductor industry experience in different roles in R&D, technical customer support and product management. In his current role as Director External Relations at NXP Semiconductors Austria, he is responsible for government, industry, and university relations and collaborative R&D programs. At NXP, he led RFID technology initiatives as Product Manager, aligning product development with emerging market demands. He continued to shape innovation and business growth at AVL, where he held global responsibility for consumption measurement devices and drove strategic direction as Business Segment Manager. At ams OSRAM, Michael led product management, system innovation, and public R&D funding initiatives, driving growth opportunities, advancing sensor innovation, and building strong collaborations with industry and academia. Today, he leads the AT-C³ Chips Competence Center at the SILICON ALPS Cluster.

Huffman

Previously, Huffman spent 30 years working in the semiconductor and solar industries in a variety of research and development as well as manufacturing roles. She managed small teams to whole departments developing next-generation technology solutions for thin-film solar, semiconductor processing, and laser optics production. Throughout her career, Huffman has interfaced with customers and clients as a technical liaison and consultant, working with technical teams to engineer new and improved manufacturing processes.  Huffman holds a Ph.D. in Solid State Chemistry from Arizona State University.
